fanciful, folky standing lion. The long mane and dot filled body really make this design pop. This is a highly sought after theme in
American Folk Art.
Professional restoration to glaze loss at and under the rim. Additionally, both handles have been replaced. There were a few very minor flake spots in the blue that have been restored. Just a great addition to any folk art or stoneware collection.
